All Made to Order Garments, Shoes, & Accessories

For approved split payment plans, 65% deposit on garments is NON refundable with remaining balance due BEFORE final fitting.

Clients have 45 days to pick up their garments once notified, as we cannot be responsible for alterations after 60 days.

Clients have 24 hours from time of payment to make changes to their order.

If the garment does NOT fit properly, garments will be altered and/or remade to customers' standard as NO FUNDS will be returned once fabric & materials have been cut.

Original garments must be returned reasonably unworn before remake will be delivered.

Handmade bespoke shoes cannot be exchanged, only re ordered at clients’ expense, unless error occurred within our process.

We reserve the right to specify alternate fabric/material changes of equal quality if fabric/material becomes "out of stock".

We reserve the right to deny remakes in circumstances where our team of professional tailors consider that tailoring adjustments are the most suitable option, or if initial garments are not in original condition.

We reserve the right refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Expectations

Because every shoe and every garment is individually tailored and handcrafted just for you, we do NOT offer refunds. This is standard practice within the tailoring industry, which is why we gladly offer remakes when garments cannot be adjusted locally according to our policy.

While we will always do our utmost best to meet your deadlines & event dates when discussed at the initial consultation; time shall NOT be of the primary essence in performance. Bespoke clothing is a service and a craft that takes time and requires great skill. In the event of longer wait times, we will notify you in detail; however please keep in mind that delays do NOT change cost of service, materials, and finished garments.
